So Phase 1 (2 overload days)...is halfway completed. Thank God.
I feel pretty blah...
Lunch - 3 eggs loaded with butter.
Dinner - Steak with garlic and BBQ sauce.
10 drops under the tongue 30 min before the meal.
Water - and shh a little ginger ale (I'm telling you I'm not used to eating all this fatty stuff.)
Uuuugh.
This sounds like it would screw with your metabolism. Who knows...? After eating Nutrisystem & healthy for 2.5 days, then eating a huge Christmas dinner, I felt like crap the next day. I think I slept 12 hours just to cycle it all out of my system.
ReplyDeleteRight? They say the more fatty foods you eat during the first 2 days - but ONLY until you are full...obviously it's stupid to keep eating and eating...the more you lose!
